Design and supply of approximately 100,000 sqm of Spiroll hollow-core slabs for the construction of the prestigious new Milan Arena, inaugurated for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
The project, notable for its scale and complexity, includes an 8-storey above-ground parking structure, the Podium, and a 16,000-seat Arena. Its realization required the highest level of design and production expertise, due to both the significant loads acting on the slabs and the variable geometries developed to meet the architectural requirements of the circular-plan Arena.
These challenges were further compounded by particularly demanding construction timelines, which highlighted some of our core strengths: technical expertise, responsiveness, and high production capacity. Among the solutions implemented, special mention goes to the development of integrated lifting anchors designed for safe handling of the elements, certified with an Avis Technique issued by the CSTB.
Meeting delivery deadlines was ensured through simultaneous production across three manufacturing plants.
