Spiroll slabs are precast prestressed concrete elements produced through an extrusion process that ensures lightness, strength, and versatility. During production, internal augers create longitudinal voids, reducing weight without compromising structural integrity.

The extrusion process uses optimized water-cement ratios to achieve high compressive and tensile strength, allowing slabs to span long distances and support significant loads. With nine different variants, thicknesses ranging from 16 to 50 cm, and the ability to cover varying spans, Spiroll offers maximum design flexibility across multiple building types.
Fire resistance performance can be increased by adding 2 cm to the soffit thickness in SB / SC / SD / SG / SE slab types.
