Custom prefabricated elements are fully produced in controlled factory environments and designed to meet specific architectural and engineering requirements. This results in a more efficient use of concrete, helping reduce the overall lifecycle emissions of buildings. The protocols that allow us to certify our entire production chain include LCA and EPD.
LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is a comprehensive analysis of raw material transformation processes and their associated consumption. EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) is a Type III environmental certification, supported by the selection of EPD-certified cement and steel suppliers.
Building with prefabricated elements means using less concrete while maintaining the same performance, resulting in a more favorable carbon balance and more efficient structures.
