Brico Center, Perugia

Generale Prefabbricati S.p.A. delivered, on behalf of the client Fratelli Ferretti Srl and in collaboration with the design firm Blu Coop, the Brico Center in Perugia, inaugurated at the end of 2006. The development, covering approximately 6,000 sqm, includes the load-bearing structure (columns, beams, and slabs), Spiroll hollow-core slabs, and external cladding panels finished with red terracotta strips and washed marble aggregate, for a total of approximately 2,700 sqm. The project was carried out using precast concrete solutions selected to ensure construction efficiency, rapid installation, and structural reliability. These solutions enabled optimization of construction phases and ensured high-quality standards throughout the execution of the project.
