IKEA Store, Rimini

Located along the A14 motorway and highly visible, the IKEA store in Rimini represents one of the first projects entirely managed by the internal technical departments of the Swedish multinational IKEA. Generale Prefabbricati carried out the design and construction of the entire prefabricated structure, covering approximately 50,000 sqm. The project was carried out using precast concrete solutions selected to ensure construction efficiency, rapid installation, and structural reliability. These solutions enabled optimization of construction phases and ensured high-quality standards throughout the execution of the project.
