King’s Cross R8 Building, London

Supply of GFRC façade panels for a prestigious mixed-use development in the King’s Cross district. The building, known as R8, consists of 13 floors connected by a two-storey podium topped with landscaped roof gardens. The mock-up successfully passed all visual and performance tests conducted in specialized laboratories. The architectural design, developed by the studio Piercy&Co., draws inspiration from industrial warehouse architecture, featuring exposed finishes and generous ceiling heights. These solutions enabled optimization of construction phases and ensured high-quality standards throughout the execution of the project.
