Multiplex Cineum

Construction of the prestigious Multiplex Cineum project in Cannes La Bocca, designed by architect Rudy Ricciotti, creator of the MuCEM in Marseille. Generale Prefabbricati SpA was commissioned to supply Spiroll hollow-core slabs for the construction of the structural floor systems required by the design. This marks another success for the Spiroll division in a prestigious and challenging working environment.
The 8,500-square-meter multiplex, spanning an area of 4 hectares, houses 12 cinema screens (with a total of 2,450 seats) and several restaurants located on the terraces of the structure, which resembles the shape of a diamond thanks to a facade composed of numerous staggered surfaces. The project is located in the suburban district of La Bocca, away from the Croisette and the city's beaches.
