Highly complex project developed within a particularly demanding regulatory and territorial context. Generale Prefabbricati acted as a technical partner, managing in an integrated manner the design, coordination, and construction phases, with a strong focus on process control and final quality.
Through the contribution of its internal Design Department, bespoke structural and construction solutions were developed, combining high performance (precast beams with spans up to 42 m, allowing unobstructed internal spaces for the velodrome), construction efficiency, and architectural integration.
The Sigirino project represents a clear expression of Generale Prefabbricati’s approach: technical expertise, design vision, and the ability to manage complex developments while ensuring reliable timelines and high-quality results.
